Out of the worlds wealthy and powerful Forbes list, it could only identify a Nigerian as powerful. This is no other than Aliko Dangote. He is rated number 66 of the top most powerful people in the world.

Aliko Dangote who was born on the 10th of April 1957, in the family of Mohammed Dangote . He is also the grandson of the richest man in west African as at 1955. Alhassan Dantata. He is from Kano State and also the place of his birth.

In may 2021, Aliko Dangote’s net worth was estimated at 11.1 billion dollars making him the most wealthy (rich) person in Africa.
Education
Schools he has been to include Sheikh Ali Kumasi Madrasa and Capital High School in Kano. He also went to Government College in Birnin Kudu in 1978 and latter got his bachelors degree from Al-zhar University in Cairo where he studied Business Studies and Administration.

The Dangote group went from a small trading company as at 1977 to multi trillion naira conglomerate where is has operations in Benin, Ghana, Zambia, Nigeria and Togo. From home daily required products like sugar, pasta, Flour to drinks, to cement, import and export, Real Estate, Telecommunication and even even oil and gas refinery currently being built.
