Elon Musk is on track to become the world’s first trillionaire
Elon Musk, the world’s richest man, is on his way to becoming the first trillionaire on the planet, with an estimated fortune of $249 billion.
Musk, who is currently the richest person on the planet, might become the first member of the trillionaire club.
According to Morgan Stanley analysts, Musk, 50, might become the world’s first trillionaire as a result of his aerospace business SpaceX, according to The Guardian UK.
“More than one client has informed us that if Elon Musk becomes the first trillionaire… it won’t be because of Tesla,” analyst Adam Jones told the UK daily, referring to Musk’s electric vehicle firm, which is responsible for the majority of his riches to far.
“Others have speculated that SpaceX may become the most valuable firm in the world – in any industry,” Jones continued.
Tesla is still Musk’s most valuable asset.
Musk momentarily surpassed Jeff Bezos to become the world’s richest person in January, only to relinquish the title to the Amazon billionaire the following month.
Following the completion of a SpaceX fundraising round, Musk was able to recover his position a few days later, according to Fortune.
According to Bloomberg, Bezos is the world’s second richest person, with a net worth of $197 billion, followed by Bernard Arnault ($163 billion), Bill Gates ($133 billion), and Mark Zuckerberg ($127 billion).
Since the beginning of last year, Musk’s fortunes have increased dramatically.
Musk was placed 35th on the list of billionaires in January 2020, but according to Bloomberg, his net worth increased by $100.3 billion that year.
In November of that year, he became the world’s second richest person.
According to Bloomberg at the time, Musk’s cash explosion coincided with Tesla’s market share reaching $500 billion, an all-time high for the electric manufacturer.
According to Bloomberg, the billionaire has boosted his fortune by $72 billion this year, a 42.4 percent rise over the same period last year.

Regardless of the fact that SpaceX is approximately 30 times less valuable than Musk’s vehicle firm, Tesla.
“More than one client has informed us that Tesla will not be the reason Elon Musk becomes the first trillionaire.

Others have predicted that SpaceX would become the most valuable firm in the world — in any industry,” Adam Jonas said in a letter.
